How is the software delivered?

Software is delivered directly to your email instantly or within 1-2 hours after payment confirmed unless otherwise stated. 

 

Are you experiencing technical issues downloading, installing or activating software? 

Email us at admin@softwarezone.co.za so we can resolve these issues.

 

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via FNB EFT Payment. 

 

I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?

Check the Spam/Junk folders in your mailbox. If you still can’t find anything, Email us at admin@softwarezone.co.za.

 

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Due to the nature of software product keys, all sales of software product keys are non-refundable unless the product key is invalid. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to assisting you in resolving them. Please review our policy below:

 

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases of software product keys are non-refundable once the key has been delivered to your email. This includes cases of:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with your system (please check system requirements before purchasing)

 

2. Key Activation Issues

If you experience any issues with activating your product key, please email us at admin@softwarezone.co.za within 7 days of purchase.

Please include a screenshot or video showing the error message and we will send you a replacement product key to resolve the issue.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective product keys that cannot be activated. If eligible, a replacement key for the same product will be issued. We do not offer exchanges for different products.

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud and unauthorized use, we may require additional verification before processing any refund or exchange request.

6. License Expiry Time

All software product keys must be activated within 7 days after receiving the license keys before they expire.
